With GAC carbon filtration, it stores 30 gallons of water in a 44-gallon tank. With UV blending, you can fine-tune to 120 ppm for the perfect coffee extraction. Additionally, the reverse osmosis system is conveniently stacked atop the tank, maximizing space and offering a more compact footprint—perfect for tight café setups.
